At Siberian Bushing Canada, we try hard to get you the right product, every time, and we offer exchange or refund items within 30 days of purchase. If you need to return a product for any reason, we want to make that as fast and easy as possible. Here are the policies related to returns that may help you understand and navigate the process:
All returns are subject to the Return Policy.
Return of goods by the buyer at the expense of the buyer. Refunds for such returns occur upon receipt of the goods by the seller. The buyer is solely responsible for receiving the parcel in the country of destination. In the case of return of the parcel marked “not claimed” the cost of re-shipment is paid by the buyer additionally. International buyers responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and brokerage charges.
In the event of a warranty situation, the buyer follows the instructions described on the page “Warranty” and sends the seller a warranty act with a request to replace the part or return its value.
Refunds are made to the same card account from which the payment was made.
No returns or refunds on parts that have been modified, installed.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
